Provision of e-book

When you have purchased or requested an e-book from us, we use the principle of implementing the agreement to be able to deliver the e-book to you. We save your data for a maximum of eight (8) years after the delivery of the e-book.

Marketing

Once you have requested information from us or downloaded an e-book, it is also in our legitimate interest to approach you for related products and services and to inform you about these products and services. We save your data for this purpose for a maximum of eight (8) years after we have last had contact with you.

Contact form or email

You may contact us via our contact form or by sending us an email. We then have a legitimate interest to process the data that we have received from you in this manner. We process the contents of the email or the message received via the contact form, your name and your email address for the purpose of being able to respond to your message. We save this communication for a maximum of eight (8) years.

Newsletter

We are happy to send you a newsletter because you are a customer or because you have registered for the newsletter. We therefore process your name and email address in order to be able to send you information and news. At the bottom of every newsletter there is an option to unsubscribe from future newsletters. For this purpose, we save your data until you have unsubscribed.

Invoicing

If you have given us an assignment, we process the data necessary to carry out that assignment. These data include your name and email address and other information that is required to be able to issue a correct invoice. Upon payment, we will also see the bank account from which the payment has been made and the name of the account holder. We save invoices for a maximum of eight (8) years.
